AAA Corporate Trustees was established as the specialist TCSP arm of the AAA Group — a UK-headquartered advisory network — with a precise mandate: to deliver institutional-grade corporate, fiduciary, and tax services in Rwanda and East Africa at a scale no single-discipline firm could match.
The gap was structural, not cosmetic. Investors entering Rwanda needed more than advice — they needed a proper domicile: a BNR-authorised registered office, a licensed corporate seat, and a professional trustee who could hold fiduciary mandates with full regulatory accountability. No existing firm provided this. We built it.
Seventeen years later, every number counts. Over 200 corporate structures under active administration, $2B+ in assets, and tax and compliance delivery across five African jurisdictions — each engagement held to the same institutional standard, regardless of ticket size.

BNR TCSP License
Issued by the National Bank of Rwanda under the TCSP Regulations. Authorises AAA to act as professional trustee, registered office provider, company administrator, and nominee service provider.
Accounting & Tax License
Licensed for accounting and tax advisory services in Rwanda, enabling us to deliver corporate tax planning, RRA compliance, transfer pricing, and IFRS financial reporting.
AML/CFT Compliance
AAA maintains a fully documented AML policy, CDD/EDD procedures, transaction monitoring, and staff training programme — compliant with Rwanda's AML/CFT Act and FATF Recommendations.
AAA Group Membership
Part of the AAA Group, headquartered in the United Kingdom. Group membership provides international structuring intelligence, global best-practice frameworks, and access to a network of aligned professional firms.
